Rental Hub Terms and Conditions
Introduction.
Rental Hub is a micro savings platform operated by Rental Hub Multipurpose Cooperative Society Limited, registered in Bayelsa State, Nigeria. By using our app or website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
Account and Savings.
Users can choose the amount they wish to save, setting goals for rent or other financial needs.
Automated savings are processed through Paystack. If a card charge fails three times consecutively, the system will pause attempts for three days before retrying.
Rental Hub does not store your card details on our servers. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Withdrawals.
Withdrawals are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours. In rare cases of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, please allow up to 30 days.
Data Privacy.
Rental Hub does not sell your personal data. Your email, phone number, and account details are stored solely for communication and payout purposes.
You may receive emails about products and services from Rental Hub.
App and Website Access.
The Rental Hub app is available for download on the Playstore. Users can also access their accounts via our website.
Dispute Resolution.
Any disputes will be resolved by the Bayelsa State Bureau of Cooperative Development.
